Monika Rybczak
dr inż.
Monika Rybczak is a graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Gdynia Maritime Academy, majoring in Computer Control Systems. She obtained her doctoral degree in 2016. She was deputy head of the Department of Ship Automation at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Maritime University of Gdynia from 2020 to 2024, and is currently employed at the Faculty of Computer Science in the Department of Systems Autonomous. Conducts research in the field of autonomous systems. The research focuses on real ship control using linear matrix inequalities and reinforcement learning. A second research area is the performance analysis of control algorithms based on artificial intelligence and Industry 4.0.
